At that time, our founder was still an ordinary young man, of average height, modest in appearance worked in a tiny workshop. But later with his ambition to become the most excellent bench worker in their team, he soon was promoted. "My coworkers were all from rich families, but I was not. My father taught me the only way to be outstanding was that I should work harder than others. I just followed his instructions. Luckily my diligence was seen by my supervisor and he valued it.," our founder recalled the memory when he was interviewed on one occasion.

Due to his endless seeking on precision at work, a Japanese ladder manufacturer called PiCa approached him for cooperation. With the solid quality control system from this very first partner, our company soon gained a lot of clients and reputations from the world. Now we have already grown into a leading global manufacturer on alumunium extrusion profile, as well as in the field of metal product deep processing. At Rhine, now we employ roughly 1700 associates world wide and generated 180 mil usd in 2023.
